##Khagineh_Gol #Khagin Flour 2 to 2.5 cups Depending on the thickness of the eggs, the amount of flour may vary (I used 2.5 cups of flour). Baking powder 1 tablespoon Yogurt 1/2 cup 1/2 cup liquid oil 2 eggs Vanilla 1/4 teaspoon 1 egg white Pistachio powder for decoration nectar ingredients: 1/5 cup of water Sugar 1/5 cup Some ground saffron Glabat 1 to 2 tablespoons 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice (or 1 tablespoon lemon juice) Mix all the ingredients and put them on a gentle heat. First, stir a little until the sugar dissolves, and then do not stir until it boils and becomes a little thick with a gentle heat. Then turn off the heat until the nectar becomes lukewarm. For khagine, the nectar should be a little thick, but it doesn't have to be thick... Take a little of the cold nectar between two fingers, it should be a little sticky, that's enough. Mix eggs + vanilla with a hand mixer until smooth. Add liquid oil and yogurt and mix. Mix flour + baking powder together and sift 3 times and add little by little to the egg mixture until the dough gathers. Then knead the dough a little until it is smooth. The dough will not stick to your hands. Put the dough in nylon and rest for 30 minutes in the kitchen environment. Then, each time, open a portion of the dough between two nylons to a thickness of 3 mm and cut with two round cutters, and with a knife, first cut + data and make 4 cuts, and then cut × to create 8 petals. Then glue both small and large circles together with a little egg white. Prepare all the dough in the same way (be sure to cover the dough so that it does not dry out) Then fry the prepared flowers in floating hot oil on a low heat until they are puffy and cooked. Put them in a strainer to remove excess oil and then put them in lukewarm nectar. If you want it to be sweet, you have to keep it in the nectar for more time, but since I am a fan of less sweet things, I removed it from the nectar after one minute. #
